The crash occurred about 1:30 a.m. Thursday on Route 130 southbound near Andover Road in Cinnaminson, according to initial reports.
The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The state Department of Transportation assisted police in closing the road for the investigation.
